LANDSCAPING

• Spring Cleanup to be completed by March 31^st
• Edging and Mulching of all shrubbery beds to be completed by April 10^th
• Mowing of all lawn areas are performed on Thursdays weather permitting
• Hand weeding and spraying for weeds in shrubbery beds is performed each mowing (Common Area Only)
• Fall Cleanup to be completed prior to Thanksgiving
• Pruning to all Common and Private shrubs by July 7^th
• Pruning to all Common and Private shrubs by October 7^th
• Pruning of Trees by December 15^th (Common Area Only)
• Turf Applications (Weather Permitting)
  • Broadleaf and crabgrass control by April 30^th
  • Fertilizer with broadleaf and crabgrass control by June 7^th
  • Fertilizer by September 10^th
  • Broadleaf weed control by September 21st
  • Dormant fertilizer by December 10^th
• Tree Sprayings done four (4) times a year in April, May, June and a Spotted Lantern Fly application.
• Flowers planted at the entrance areas for Spring and Summer

SNOW REMOVAL

• Will be performed when snow accumulation reaches 2 inches or more on common and private sidewalks, roadways and fire hydrant locations.
• Homeowners are responsible for snow removal for their private driveways and aprons.

TRASH REMOVAL

• Pick up for Trash is performed twice a week on Tuesday and Fridays.
• Pick up for recycling is performed on Fridays.
